What we do

Our primary service to private organizations and Microsoft Partner resellers (yes, we are the people behind the scenes supporting consulting firms) is support and on-going maintenance of the Dynamics GP system - including all related products, integrations, reports, and servers. The most efficient and effective way to do that is to host your Dynamics GP servers within our Microsoft Azure Cloud. However, that is not the only option. We can accommodate most scenarios as to where your Dynamics GP system resides, but we think our offerings are the best options from a cost-savings and user experience perspective.

Licensing

Have your own Dynamics GP and Office 365 licenses? We can quote pricing for just Windows Server, SQL Server, and Remote Desktop licenses.
Prefer us to provide all licenses? We can quote all-in monthly pricing.

Migration

Interested in migrating all on-premises servers and/or desktops to the Cloud? We can provide a comprehensive quote to migrate everything on-premises to the Cloud (including remote check printing).
Interested in a hybrid migration? We can quote pricing for migrating just your Dynamics GP servers to the Cloud, but leave them connected and controlled by your on-premise network domain, or other Cloud domain, and/or integrated with Office 365 single sign-on.
Interested in upgrading Dynamics GP? We can quote pricing for upgrading from any version of Dynamics GP to the current version during the migration to the Cloud.

Labor

How is server/system support billed? There is no additional cost for server/system support or future upgrade labor (for hosted servers or core Dynamics GP software).
How is user support billed? On-going Dynamic GP user support labor is billed as requested by your users.
How is 3rd party product or customization support billed? Labor for installing, supporting, and upgrading 3rd party products and customizations is billed hourly.
How is migration labor billed? Migration labor is estimated up-front and billed per-phase. However, rolling migration labor into the monthly hosting fee may also be possible. Contact us about that.
